As you will have done so much work on matching yourself to the job it can be relatively straightforward to explain why you are a good match for the role. You will feel prepared and confident as you will know exactly what it is you were looking for. Make sure by your questions that this role is the one you expected it to be, and make sure the match really is there. This will make it a successful partnership between you and the employer!
