This week has been one of highs and lows. I have been coaching my nursing clients and helping them to transition into roles they love and teaching them how to feel confident in interviews.

They have been following the schedule as laid out in the previous blogs last month and doing really well. We also work with them when they have started their job to help them settle in and address any challenges they have at this time.
