Happy Coaching

If you are frustrated at work, feeling overwhelmed by all you have to do in life, or wondering ‘is this it?’ then you would benefit from coaching!

My coaching sessions are a time for you to focus on who you are and what you want out of life.

You want to make changes, but don’t know where to start – right here is the answer!

I have helped nurses to feel more confident at work, apply for new jobs, find better balance between life and home, and deal with negativity in the work place. I also look at health, relationship, communication and money issues.

How does coaching work?

  • You agree that you want to make changes with my help

  • We have an appointment time each week

  • We talk either face-to-face in Cheltenham, or over the phone from anywhere

  • You tell me how you really want your life to be

  • I listen closely and ask great questions

  • We agree on a plan of action that you take between the current and next session

  • You take that action

  • We have another session and discuss how your life is now

  • We start the process from a new improved point

  • Repeat until you have the life you want, deserve and have dreamed about!

3 months of 1:1 coaching currently costs £399 and will change your life for the better!
